VicelikekaiSame issue I'm having as well as Mumzie reported. Not able to actually speak to anyone and get an appointment scheduled. What's going on? This wasn't like this before and I need to make an appointment for my dog before we PCS out.

I've been calling repeatedly, multiple times a day every day this week in an attempt to schedule an appointment for my dog. The phone system isn't offering an option to speak to a live person and schedule (only options for the fax and address & special closing info). I've been bringing my pets here since 2011 and have never encountered this before. What do I have to do to speak to a person and make an appointment? This is very frustrating.
