BigOAwesome service but expensive. I’ve never had an outage and I’m able to download high gigabyte games in about 30 minutes. The only issue is how expensive the plans are and for what all the different plans are priced the only one really worth it is the Platinum plan. $120 for limited downloads or $140 for unlimited. If you do plan on getting Americable do yourself a favor and just go ahead and drop the extra $20 for Platinum.

I am going to agree with every review before. Absolutely awful customer service, ridiculous pricing, and frequent random outages. It’s a shame the Navy doesn’t offer us decent internet.

I agree with the previous reviews. You pay a lot more than in the US, yet you do NOT get even half the service. Most of the time when I call Customer Service ( 3 times in a year) they are rude and honestly do not care. They take their job for granted. Good Luck when you come out to Atsugi or Yokosuka. Cable Service is poor at best.

Please fix the internet! People pay very high rates for poor service, if it’s going to be like this it should be free. I have been with y’all for about a year now and have been frustrated with poor or no service for 7 or 8 of those months. Fix it or bring another company in that can support our men and women serving our country.

Terrible Cable company. We are Overseas and internet streaming is what many families do. The connection is terrible, slow and frequently. Shame on the Yokosuka Navy base for allowing this company to perform poorly.
