Free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, martial arts classes (ages 4 and up, depending on the style), fitness classes, basketball courts, racquetball courts, tennis courts, skate deck, massage therapists and fitness classes are offered here. There is a soft play room for children birth to age 5 to play in while you use one of four cardio machines.

Purdy also has an indoor pool open M-F 0530-0830 lap swim, 1100-1900 recreational swim and weekends 0900-1700. Swim lessons are held at Purdy when the outdoor pools are closed seasonally or when appropriate due to weather
