   If you have a flat with their rental car, don’t expect a lot of help. Don’t try to follow their instructions if it happens during business hours. They sure won’t. Be prepared to call multiple people, who need information you don’t have, because it is a rental, and run up your phone charges. Finally be prepared for them to tell you to change the tire, on their rental car, thus making you liable for any scratches or potential damage. All this with the optional insurance.
