Vehicle Registration Office (VRO) at Yokosuka NB is responsible for vehicle registration, de-registration of SOFA military, civilian, retiree, MLC/IHA, PSC, HPT, and base contractors, preparing necessary paperwork for junking, buying, selling, shipping out and other relative of vehicle to Land Transportation Office (LTO). Bicycle registration for SOFA member.
