Youngstown-Warren ARB is located in Vienna Center, Ohio. The host unit is the 910th Airlift Wing of the Air Force Reserve Command which uses the C-130 Hercules aircraft to conduct tactical airlift operations during wartime. One squadron of the 910th Wing, the 757th Airlift Squadron, is the only unit in the DoD to conduct aerial spray missions using modified C-130's and Modular Aerial Spray Systems. Spray missions are conducted to combat biting insects, control vegetation growth and disperse oil spills.
